Eczema is a term forseveral different types of skin swelling, From the Greek 'to boil over' . eczema is also called dermatitis.

Most typescauses dry, itchy skin and rashes on the face, inside the elbows and behind theknees and on the hands and feet.

Scratchingthe skin can cause it to turn red and to swell & Itch even more . Eczema isnot contagious. it is a skin condition affecting some 10 to 20 % of people inthe world.

Dermatitisis the inflammation of the skin. This Inflammation can be caused due to variousreasons , Though allergy is the most common reason.

Cause : The cause is not knownIt is likely caused by both genetic and environmental factors eczema may getbetter or worse over time, But it is often a long lasting disease.

People whohave it may also develop hay fever and Asthma.
